Army Strong wrestling
The Fort Bliss Army Strong Freestyle and Greco Wrestling Team is looking for Fort Bliss active-duty military, family members in high school and DoD civilians to be part of the installation’s team competing against other city teams. Army Ten-Miler pre-qualifier
MWR Sports will host the pre-qualifier run for the Army Ten-Miler beginning at 5 a.m. Thursday at Biggs Gym. The race will start at 6 a.m. This event is open to all participants and various age groups will be awarded medals for both male and female. This race is to identify possible runners and to coordinate training for the team who will represent Fort Bliss at the Army Ten-Miler, to be held Aug. 15 in Washington, D.C. Softball league
Softball leagues will begin the week of May 27. The pre-season clinic will take place at 6 p.m. May 21 at the Omar Bradley Softball Complex. Teams interested in playing should have their letters of intent to their sports coordinators no later than May 21. Replica pool
Replica Aquatic Center hours are Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. Open swim is available daily from 1 p.m. until closing. The pool offers a variety of swim classes as well as private sessions. Patrons, including active duty, family members, DA civilians and NAF employees, may swim and participate in water aerobics for free. Guests are $2 per person. For more information, call 568-7431.
Free tai chi and yoga
Army Community Service offers free tai chi and yoga classes. Yoga meets every Tuesday from noon to 1 p.m. Tai chi meets Fridays from 11:40 a.m. to 12:40 p.m. at Stout Gym in the aerobics room. For more information, call 568-1132.
Free aerobics

Tango Tower
Try your climbing skills on the 50-foot climbing walls, brave the Cargo Net or test your limits on the Bead Climb. Hours are 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday and noon to 4:30 p.m. Sunday; climbing fee is $10. For more information, call 568-8087.
Tennis lessons

The Fort Bliss Officials Association is looking for individuals who are interested in becoming sports officials for various sports.
