Army’s personnel management system to be revamped by March

The way the Army performs personnel management and pay for Soldiers is gearing up for a change in March, but key Fort Bliss leadership says Soldiers of all levels need to start educating themselves now.

The Defense Integrated Military Human Resources System is expected to change the way Soldiers sign in and out for leave, start allotments, view leave and earnings statements, track awards and promotions, and manage their personnel records.
